Thank you so much Rachel! You can find Rachel at the Waxing Moon. She is responsible for my own poetic attempts these days.:) fittingly, i will walk through the gateway to poetry.:) On the Mendenhall river today.
Thanks you guys!! Now is it arch or gateway? First i had arch, then i changed it to gateway, using a Dutch dictionairy. Now you both say arch, is that more correct?
That reminds me of the snow clad bough that when the Jack London character in To Build a Fire walked under it, or built a fire under it, the snow fell on him. Or like the rain soaked leaves that somebody shakes when you walk under it. Or an archway into poetry ... Maybe all three!
