Today's prize,
i found only one in my whole forest (and picked half)
It is amazing and it was easy to identify
And it did taste delicious.
And for My dear Christopher and others who worry about me eating strange mushrooms. I do have to say i always do so with the book in the hand, when there is any suggestion that it could be mistaken with a very poisonous mushroom, i won't pick it.
The meadow mushroom for example still puzzles me... and if anybody can help me with a positive clue, like smell maybe, i will be grateful. Yesterday i found one such mushroom but it didn't smell like anything, so i didn't think it would be a meadow mushroom.
